1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ache365 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ache365 website at https://ache365.net and all associated services, including casino games, sports betting markets, account management tools, promotions, and customer support services.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, placing a bet, or using any feature of ache365, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the ache365 platform.

ache365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the platform or by email to the address registered on your account. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and ache365. Specific promotional campaigns may also carry their own supplementary terms, which will be published alongside the relevant promotion and will take precedence over these general Terms where there is a direct conflict.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to ache365 is strictly restricted to adults aged 18 years and above. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as your account remains active:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are registering and using the platform as a private individual for personal recreational purposes only, and not on behalf of any business, organisation, or third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable local law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of ache365 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You have not previously been permanently self-excluded from the ache365 platform.
• You are acting on your own behalf and using your own funds — not those of a third party — when making deposits and placing bets.

ache365 employs a know-your-customer (KYC) verification process to confirm player identity and age. You may be required to submit a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification document at the time of registration or at any point thereafter at the platform's discretion. Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is completed satisfactorily.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of ache365 services, you must register a personal account. Registration requires you to provide accurate and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are obligated to keep all registration details current and to notify ache365 promptly of any changes.

• One account only: Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one ache365 account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• Unauthorised access: You must notify ache365 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by a third party without your authorisation. Contact our support team via live chat or at support@ache365.net.
• Accurate information: Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration details is a material breach of these Terms. ache365 reserves the right to close accounts where inaccurate information is discovered, regardless of the stage at which the inaccuracy is identified.
• Account transferability: Your ache365 account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, gifted, or assigned to any other person. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate closure of the account.

ache365 implements two-factor authentication (2FA) for new device logins as an additional security layer. We strongly recommend that all players enable 2FA and use a unique, strong password for their ache365 account that is not shared with any other online service.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ache365 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Supported payment methods and associated limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account dashboard.

1. Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and ৳500 for bank transfers. These amounts may be updated from time to time and the current limits are always displayed in the cashier.
2. Deposit processing time: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your ache365 balance instantly upon confirmed receipt. Bank transfer deposits may take between one and three business hours to be credited depending on the sending bank.
3. Minimum withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
4. Withdrawal processing time: Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed within 30 minutes of request submission. Withdrawals to bank accounts are processed within three business hours. ache365 processes withdrawals 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, including public holidays.
5. Platform fees: ache365 does not charge any platform-side fees on deposits or withdrawals. Your payment service provider may apply their own standard transaction fees, over which ache365 has no control.
6. Payment method consistency: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit unless otherwise approved by our compliance team. This policy is in place to comply with anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations.
7. KYC prior to withdrawal: All withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of our KYC verification process. ache365 reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing funds, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on ache365 sports betting markets and all casino game rounds played on the ache365 platform are subject to the following general rules. Game-specific and market-specific rules are published within each game or betting market and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Bet acceptance: A bet is only valid and binding once it has been confirmed and a unique bet reference number has been issued by the ache365 system. Bets placed during a network outage or system error are not binding on ache365 until confirmed.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed at the point of betting and may be adjusted by ache365 at any time, including on an account-specific basis where unusual betting patterns are identified.
• Odds changes: Sports betting odds are subject to change at any time prior to the acceptance of a bet. The odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds that will apply to that bet. ache365 operates on a best-odds basis for pre-match markets.
• Void bets: ache365 reserves the right to void any bet where a technical error, data feed error, or manifest pricing error has resulted in incorrect odds being offered. In such cases, the bet stake will be returned to the player's account balance.
• Suspicious activity: ache365 actively monitors betting activity for signs of match-fixing, collusion, arbitrage abuse, and other forms of sports integrity manipulation. Accounts found to be engaged in such activity will be closed and winnings from such bets will be forfeited.
• RNG certification: All casino games are powered by third-party certified RNG systems provided by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and other regulated game studios. ache365 does not modify game outcomes.
• Disconnection during play: If a disconnection occurs during an active casino game round, the round will be completed automatically by the game engine in accordance with its programmed logic. The result will stand as the official outcome of that round.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

ache365 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific promotional terms published alongside each offer, as well as these general bonus terms. Where there is a conflict between specific promotional terms and these general terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

1. Wagering requirements: Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion, all bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of thirty times (30x) the bonus amount before a withdrawal can be requested. Wagering contribution rates vary by game type and are listed in the promotion details.
2. Bonus expiry: Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds and associated free spins expire 7 days from the date of issue. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically and cannot be reinstated.
3. One bonus per player: Promotions are limited to one per player, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times through different accounts will result in all duplicate accounts being closed.
4. Bonus abuse: ache365 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and withhold associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: systematic low-risk betting to clear wagering requirements, collusion between accounts, or any other strategy designed to exploit promotional terms.
5. Promotional changes: ache365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. If a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already opted in, any progress toward wagering requirements that has already been made will be honoured.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

ache365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. The following circumstances may result in account action without prior notice to the player:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false, incomplete, or fraudulent registration information.
• Attempting to open or operating more than one account simultaneously.
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal recreational gambling.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or attempting to facilitate any form of fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, or other criminal activity via the platform.
• Chargebacks, disputed transactions, or payment fraud involving the player's account.
• Abusing customer support agents verbally or in written communications.
• Exploitation of software bugs, technical errors, or game malfunctions for financial gain.

Players may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email at support@ache365.net. Where voluntary closure is requested, any verified real-money balance remaining on the account will be returned to the player's registered payment method within three business days, provided that all applicable KYC and AML checks have been completed. Bonus balances will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Players who have activated a self-exclusion period through our responsible gaming tools may not request account reopening until the full exclusion period has elapsed. Requests to reverse a self-exclusion will be declined for the duration of the exclusion period, regardless of the reason given. This policy exists to protect the wellbeing of players who have chosen to take a break from gambling.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ache365 and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or any other intangible losses.

ache365 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from malicious software at all times. While we invest significantly in platform stability and security, we cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible.

• Force majeure: ache365 shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, national or regional internet outages, or third-party service failures.
• Third-party game providers: Games on ache365 are provided by third-party studios. While we only partner with certified and regulated providers, ache365 is not responsible for technical faults originating within third-party game software, provided that such faults are handled in accordance with the relevant game provider's published rules.
• Your responsibility: You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that you are solely responsible for all decisions made on the platform, including the decision to gamble and the amounts staked. ache365 is not liable for any financial loss incurred through gambling activity on the platform.
• Maximum liability cap: Where ache365 is found liable for any direct damages despite the provisions above, the maximum aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your ache365 account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to ache365's customer support team for resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration as the exclusive method of dispute resolution. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights where applicable.
